After many years of working on our project to convert part of our building into rental space, we are finally ready to offer space for rent. 

We are located in the Olneyville section of Providence, RI with direct access to Route #10 which connects to all the major highways.

Our mill is one of the few existing mill buildings presently being redeveloped for smaller industrial uses.  We pride ourselves in the commitment we have made to continue using this building even though most of the other mills in the area are being converted into residential uses.  Spaces in this mill start at 668 sq ft  and are typically in the 2500 sq ft to 4000 sq ft range. All the units are upgraded with a new 60 amp service and additional electric is available as well as gas and water for processing. Rental rates include heat, electric is separately metered and common trash pickup has a monthly fee.
